Experience in packaging, hardline/ QA is preferred (2 years).
Needs to be familiar with test standards and have good knowledge of US regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills in combination with independent thought and action in the creation of customer service standards, in the resolution of customer concerns, and coordination of customer relations team. Ability and motivation to satisfy the business needs of customers in a timely, professional manner and to manage multiple tasks.
