This role is highly collaborative as the Vice President, Brand and Content will work closely with the Executive Committee, Chief Marketing Officer and other key internal and external stakeholders and agencies in formulation and delivery of both offline and online brand marketing elements and strategies. These elements are inclusive but not limited to brand design, sponsorship/partnership marketing, narrative differentiation, messaging and content, and advertising.
Both a strategic and analytical role, this leader will establish and manage the corporate-wide brand and content strategy while also develop and operationalize benchmarking of the brand’s performance, campaign strength and content relevance to maximize the brand’s equity, competitiveness distinctiveness and ROI. The leader will be responsible for developing corporate-wide standards, an end-to-end integrated messaging architecture and map and ensuring consistency and differentiation as needed across all Business Units and Product teams as well as all marketing and communications disciplines and channels.
In close collaboration with sales leadership, this senior leader will partner with the sales team for the purpose of developing compelling, relevant messaging and content in order to curate exceptional experiences, as well as the associated identification of target buyers and potential markets. In doing so, this role oversees the development and management of ADP’s brand standards and content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the business’s corporate identity in the content it generates.
With assigned leadership for global brand and content, this leader is charged with designing and implementing measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the brand system and content implemented across ADP against the business’s operational objectives and growth strategies.
Through an external lens, this role ensures that the brand and content strategies strongly resonate and distinctively differentiate ADP in the market and relative to the competitive landscape. Regular benchmarking analyses and financial modeling are critical indicators and will avail the business a competitive advantage and facilitate the realization of new brand marketing opportunities for future and continued HCM leadership.
