Overall Responsibilities: The Sales Director leads a team of Account Managers assigned to mobility within Walmart to accomplish desired business results. This leader optimizes customer contribution and owns the development of collaborative relationships with customer executive leadership. He/she is responsible for developing and activating the customer business plan and department/category roadmaps to achieve the pricing, promotion, shelving, and assortment objectives, This individual presents One Samsung Face to the customer, decreasing duplication and increasing reliability, responsiveness, decision-making speed and innovation. He/she leverages compelling data, insights, and materials (e.g., sell-out presentations) provided by the Customer Development Organization (CDO) in ways that enable sales teams to win with customers and shoppers and drive competitive advantage. The Sales Director reports to the Walmart General Manager.
