Requisitos: Preferred BS / BA in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering; Law or related area; Professional experience proven in documents and guarantees analysis; Experience in the financial services ; Strong combined experience in one or more of the following areas : wholesale operational area, Loan/credit portfolio management (collection, daily portfolio management) and contractual instruments experience; Banking and credit practices and knowledge of financial products ; Professional experience proven in documents and guarantees analysis; It will be a differential experience with captive banks . Strong evidence of personal initiative together with excellent oral and written communication skills; Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Analytical and critical thinking skills; Logic and reasoning skills; Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment; Ability to deal with responsibilities and attention to details; Excellent communication skills; ability to advise / present ideas clearly and concisely; Fluent, written and spoken English is advantageous. Proven ability to work cross functionally; Effective decision-making skills; Must have strong people and team skills in order to effectively train and develop future talent and leaders; Excellent computer skills and MS Office 365 experience; Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; Well-developed communication skills and ability to develop and maintain good relationship with business areas, dealers, and customers Demonstrated ability to focus on team work and creating a positive results oriented working environment in line with Volvo values. Atividades: Perform and ensure complete documentation of Brazil Wholesale Credit Lines, for Trucks, Bus, VCE and Penta dealers; Ensure compliance with required legal registrations; Portfolio daily monitoring including collection, credit limit block and unblocked controls, payments controls, credit limit usage, curtailment and terms extension; Ensure invoices interface process with OEM’s systems; Ensure credit limit availability in the system according to the approved and formalized credit lines; Plan, monitor and take action to ensure products audits in according credit policy rules Be the enter point for dealers requests related wholesale daily issues; Daily monitoring reports and on demand; Be aligned with wholesale Credit Analyst regarding dealer daily wholesale performance to understand possible impacts on the underwriting process and vice versa; Ensure compliance with central bank requirements; Provide support with the necessary information for the credit decision; Attend internal and external audits on wholesale process.
