The role will present an opportunity to lead with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, communication and strategic thinking. In addition this position will play a key role in expanding the current capabilities of the laboratory through capital expansion initiatives. The position is expected to operate with high degree of autonomy and will be a critical stakeholder in the financial and technical performance of the laboratory.

M.S. Engineering preferred.
Minimum ten years’ relevant experience with expertise in engine/vehicle testing procedures and technology.
Experience with leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience with focus on employees’ development.
Outstanding computer skills and computer programming skills.
Ability to approach problems in a scientific manner and complete tasks with minimal guidance.
B.S. Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
