Nível Acadêmico: Ensino Médio Completo Turno/Horas -- Áreas de Atuação Profissional: TI - Projetos Descrição: As a Network Support Engineer you will: oEngineer will support client and providers from a major network infrastructure, working directly with the partners and customers. The engineer will work with a highly knowledgeable group of customer and teams act as an escalation point for other in the organization. Habilidades: Requirements: oConfiguring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers & Cisco L2/L3 Switch’s, Firewalls, In-depth knowledge in Routing Protocols & Switching concepts. Knowledge in Cisco, Juniper, HP. oKnowledge in Ip networking in layer 2-4 (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, VLAN stacking, QoS, STP,RSTP, OSPF, RIP, VRRP, IGMP, MPLS, VPN). oStrong knowledge in ITIL framework. oExperience using a ticket system for customer services (Remedy). oStrong problem-solving skills, applicable to large and complex network scenarios. oExcellent written and oral communications skill used to communicate with customer and to document standard work procedures and technical notes. oExperience in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. oGood interaction experience with vendors and partners. oProven abilities to successfully handle multiple priorities. oA demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. oExperience to mentoring Juniors team members. oFluent in English. oMinimum work experience: 3 - 5 Years.
