Work with hiring managers to qualify role requirements and take detailed brief for candidate sourcing. Actively source and attract passive and active candidates by utilising an array of tools and outlets including job boards, networking forums, social media (linkedin, facebook, twitter), refined boolean searches and resume mining databases. Manage multiple talent searches simultaneously. Write creative advertisements and messages to attract the best talent and drive employment brand. Conduct shortlisting and screening activities in line with the selection criteria as defined in initial briefing with the hiring manager.
