Activities Retain and nurture assigned client relationships and develop new, long-term relationships Oversee tactical initiatives for the client's business of the assigned accounts; maintains a focus on the short-term deliverables (SOW’s), concurrent with a firm understanding of client's long-term goals Stay abreast of the clients’ business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends and overall marketing plans/goals to leverage how they might support and/or drive clients’ business and marketing initiatives Being a partner and confidant for clients, as well as the internal cross-disciplinary teams for new initiatives and ensuring the quality of the relationship and work product output Collaborate with sales team on pitches and proposals for potential key account opportunities and also for contract/SOW negotiation including renew, upsell and support any new work discussions Being a partner with the Project Manager to provide status updates on assigned accounts - regularly monitoring overall account health, project status, opportunities, risks, etc. In partnership with the delivery team, be responsible for reviewing all major milestone deliverables prior to client submission, and shares in accountability for all client deliverables Be the point of escalation for the client and the Cheesecake Labs delivery team reporting on weekly activity and quarterly on revenue maintenance and growth In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills +5 years of experience working with digital products (close to strategy, design, engineering and delivery area) Project and product management skills Experience in sales or customer service roles Working knowledge of Kanban and product development processes Deep analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing skills (English & Portuguese) and heavy interaction with US-based clients Proactive communication and collaboration skills Influence and negotiation skills Experience with agile best practices and teams Ability to support multiple products and projects Detail oriented Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions and exercise judgment Applicants must have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$) Perks and Benefits + monthly dollar bonus up to $ 2.500,00 + iPhone or gadgets after the 3 months experience (only for senior positions) + R$ 1.240,00/month on Beneflex card (home office supplies, mobility, meal allowance, culture, health, education) MacBook setup to work GPTW company for 5 years in a row Remote-first policy: work from home, from a coffee shop, or in the office – anywhere you feel good about, your call! #beofficeless Stock options (senior and leader positions) Flexible working hours Referral candidate bonus (R$1.000,00) National health & dental care (not deducted from the employee’s paycheck) Gympass to easily access gyms wherever you are in the country Free English Classes (remote) to improve business conversations Educaker = budget for personal and professional development purposes Miss working in the office?
